My journey into custom bridal sneakers didn't start as a business plan; it started as a personal mission. When I was planning my own wedding I knew I had found the man of my dreams. Our story was perfect and the setting was stunning, but there was one problem: the shoes!

I've never been the kind of girl who feels at home in a pair of four-inch stilettos. As a dance teacher, I spend my life on my feet (and in comfy shoes!). I know better than anyone that you can't truly enjoy a moment — let alone your wedding — if your feet are in pain. I wanted to be stylish and "bridal," but I also wanted to be able to move. So, I took matters into my own hands and created my very own pair of custom wedding sneakers.

The moment I slipped them on, I felt a wave of relief. I could move, I could dance, and I felt completely like myself. That one pair of shoes sparked a realization: every bride deserves to feel this way, too! Your wedding day is a marathon of joy, and you shouldn't have to spend it wishing you could take your shoes off.

When I'm not in my studio or at the dance barre, my life is wonderfully full. I'm lucky enough to be surrounded by four incredible men — my husband and three bonus sons who keep me on my toes! My "home office" is also managed by a very demanding crew of furry assistants: my kitties Jon Snow and Katniss Everdeen, and Chloe, my sweet pup.
